Energy – Fuelling the Future

Science Museum: Energy – Fuelling the Future. ‘Energy is an interactive gallery where children age 7-14, their teachers and families, can explore how energy powers every aspect of their lives. The gallery is packed with computer-based exhibits and feels like an ‘energy playground’. Visitors can play with novel interfaces from spinning drums and touch-screens to dance-floor footpads.’

Teachers’ Resource. ‘This resource is designed to help you teach energy in the classroom and to make the most of a visit to the Energy gallery or Energy Website. This resource was developed with several KS2 and KS3 teachers who have developed and tested ideas and activities with their own children in schools. Many of the activities can be adapted for different audiences.’
