PodClassing – iPods can be used to do more than play music, a chem prof shows. ‘Assistant chemistry professor Justin Gallivan started podcasting his biochemistry lectures on topics like protein structures and enzymes earlier this semester. Podcasting is a way to distribute audio and visual information through the Internet that automatically transfers the information to a computer. It can then be uploaded to mp3 players or transferred into other portable music formats.’
