Bad Idea?

EPA’s Gift to Chemistry: On environmental matters, this White House has shown neither sense nor sensitivity. But now the administration has outdone itself: proposing to loosen the reporting of toxic chemical pollution, even as the world marks the anniversary of the 1984 Bhopal chemical disaster in India, which moved Congress to require annual reporting.
